Fuse Locations
If any electrical devices are not working, turn the ignition switch to LOCK 0*1 and check to see if any applicable fuse is blown.
There are two fuse boxes in the engine compartment.
Engine Compartment Fuse Box (Type A)
Located near the + terminal on the battery.

- Open the + terminal cover.
- Remove the cover by pulling the tab as shown.
Replacement of engine compartment fuses should be done by a dealer.
*1:Models with the keyless access system have an ENGINE START/STOP button instead of an ignition switch.
Engine Compartment Fuse Box (Type B)
Located in the back of the engine compartment on the left side.Push the tabs to open the box.
Locate the fuse in question by the fuse number in the image and chart.

Inspecting and Changing Fuses

- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK 0*1. Turn headlights and all accessories off.
- Remove the fuse box cover.
- Check the large fuses in the engine compartment.
- If the fuse is blown, have it replace by a dealer.

- Inspect the small fuses in the engine compartment and the vehicle interior.
- If there is a burned out fuse, remove it with the fuse puller and replace it with a new one.
- Inspect the small fuses in the engine compartment and the vehicle interior.

- Check the large fuse in the vehicle interior.
- If the fuse is blown, use a phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screw and replace it with a new one.
- Inspect the small fuses in the vehicle interior.
- If there is a burned out fuse, remove it and replace it with a new one.
- Check the large fuse in the vehicle interior.

Replacing a fuse with one that has a higher rating greatly increases the chances of damaging the electrical system.Replace fuse with a spare fuse of the same specified amperage.
Use the charts to locate the fuse in question and confirm the specified amperage.
